You can't tell who's legit and who's running a scam. The entire process is fragmented, unreliable, and stressful.

Finding a place to live shouldn't feel like gambling.

The real estate market is massive and the problems are real. Millions of renters face scams, confusion, and frustration every year. There's clear demand for a platform that actually solves this.

Current Stage

Pre-launch. I'm in the validation phase, conducting user research in my college town to understand what renters, landlords, and service providers actually need. The goal is to start locally, prove the concept works, and expand from there.

The Plan

My approach is straightforward. Start with validation and user feedback. Design based on what people actually need. Build the MVP. Pilot with real users locally. Iterate based on feedback. Then launch and grow.

The timeline is aggressive but realistic, with a focus on getting real feedback before scaling.
